Show three health score changes as signed lines
- For Customer success managers
- You practice Asking for a format you can use
- Time about 5 minutes
- Level Beginner
About this exercise
Write a first line exactly "Health changes", then exactly three lines, one per account, formatted "Alder: down 4 points (72 to 68)". Use "up", "down" or "unchanged" and work out the number of points yourself. Only list the three accounts below. Plain text, under 40 words.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Including Dune. The notes list a fourth account. Try: Say: "Only Alder, Birch and Cedar."
- Using percentages. The CSM comment says 11%. Try: Say: "Points, not percentages."
- Wrong format or arithmetic. The AI writes sentences or miscounts. Try: Show: Alder: down 4 points (72 to 68); unchanged for no change.
- Getting markdown back. AI adds bold and headings by default, which show up as stray symbols where this is pasted. Try: Say "plain text, no bold, no headings, no asterisks".
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting and usually runs long, so a vague "keep it short" lands well over the limit. Try: Cap each part instead of the total, for example "each line under 15 words".
