Make the customer version of a kickoff agenda
- For Customer success managers
- You practice Saying who it's for
- Time about 5 minutes
- Level Beginner
About this exercise
Make the customer-facing agenda from the internal one. Exactly four lines formatted "10:00-10:10 | Topic", starting at 10:00 with no gaps, then a last line "Ends 11:00". Leave out internal-only items. Plain text, under 50 words.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Including the internal items. The AI copies the pre-meeting and the upsell. Try: Say: "Leave out internal-only items."
- Time gaps. The AI misstates the ranges. Try: Say: "No gaps: 10:00-10:10 | Topic ... then Ends 11:00."
- Wrong format. The AI writes a table or bullet list. Try: Show the line format and the last line.
- Getting markdown back. AI adds bold and headings by default, which show up as stray symbols where this is pasted. Try: Say "plain text, no bold, no headings, no asterisks".
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting and usually runs long, so a vague "keep it short" lands well over the limit. Try: Cap each part instead of the total, for example "each line under 15 words".
What a strong prompt includes
- Asks for plain text
- Sets a length limit
