- For Customer success managers
- You practice Giving the right context
- Time about 5 minutes
- Level Intermediate
About this exercise
Write exactly 5 numbered questions for the AE, each under 18 words and each quoting the gap it closes in brackets, like [sponsor unclear]. Order them with the ones that block the Nov 23 kickoff first. Do not answer them yourself. Plain text, nothing else.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Ordering by the notes. The AI follows the handoff order. Try: Say: "Put the ones that block the Nov 23 kickoff first."
- Answering for the AE. The AI guesses the answer. Try: Say: "Do not answer them yourself."
- Missing the bracketed gap. The AI writes loose questions. Try: Say: "Quote the gap in square brackets, like [sponsor unclear]."
- Getting markdown back. AI adds bold and headings by default, which show up as stray symbols where this is pasted. Try: Say "plain text, no bold, no headings, no asterisks".
- Leaving the item count open. The AI adds or drops items to feel complete. Try: Say "exactly N numbered lines, nothing else".
