About this exercise
Pick one verbatim quote for each theme. A quote is allowed only if it has no personal data (names, emails, order numbers) and is 15 words or fewer. Output a table with the header "Theme | Quote" and three rows, Speed, Friendliness and Clarity, with the quote in quotation marks exactly as written. Plain text, under 60 words.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Choosing a quote with personal data. The AI picks the quote with a name or email. Try: Say: "No names, emails, phone numbers or order numbers."
- Quotes that are too long. The AI picks the long, glowing quote. Try: Say: "15 words or fewer."
- Editing the quote. The AI tidies the wording. Try: Say: "Exactly as written, in quotation marks."
- Getting markdown back. AI adds bold and headings by default, which show up as stray symbols where this is pasted. Try: Say "plain text, no bold, no headings, no asterisks".
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting and usually runs long, so a vague "keep it short" lands well over the limit. Try: Cap each part instead of the total, for example "each line under 15 words".
