Report quota attainment after a canceled deal and a late start

About this exercise
Post Q3 quota attainment for your 5 reps in the team channel. Write exactly 5 numbered lines in the export's order, each as Name: $closed ÷ $quota = X%, then one unnumbered last line with the team total the same way. Apply the ops notes (they change two reps' numbers), plain text, under 80 words, nothing else.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Using the raw export. The AI trusts the CRM, so Devin keeps the canceled deal and Ines is judged on a full-quarter quota. Try: Add: "Apply the ops notes before any math."
- Not showing the division. With bare percentages, nobody can see which quota was used. Try: Add a line to copy: "1. Carla Mendes: $138,000 ÷ $120,000 = 115%"
- Skipping the team line. The AI stops at the reps and never adds up the adjusted team total. Try: Add: "Last line: Team: $total closed ÷ $total quota = X%, using the adjusted numbers."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each line: "each line under 12 words, nothing else."
- Forgetting where it goes. AI loves markdown tables and bold, which show up as clutter in a team channel. Try: Add: "Plain text, no bold, headings or tables."
