About this exercise
Write a post for the CEO to publish, in plain text, under 60 words. Name the partner and the date in the first sentence. Include one number from the approved facts. No hashtags, emojis or exclamation marks, and no quotes from the partner. End with the line: Details at the link in the comments.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Adding hype. The AI adds claims like industry-leading. Try: Say: "Use only the approved facts; no hype."
- Inventing a quote. The AI adds a partner quote. Try: Say: "No quotes from the partner."
- Burying the partner and date. The AI opens with a hook line. Try: Say: "First sentence names Larkspur Health Systems and November 3."
- Social-media style. The AI adds hashtags and emojis. Try: Say: "No hashtags, emojis or exclamation marks."
- Missing the closing line. The AI ends with its own call to action. Try: Say: "End with the exact line."
- Too long. The AI writes 120 words. Try: Say: "Under 60 words."
- Markdown. The AI bolds names. Try: Say: "Plain text."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each part instead, for example: "each line under 15 words."
