About this exercise
Summarize the finance readout for the CEO in exactly 3 dash bullets in plain text. Each bullet starts with the number, then a short phrase (for example $4.2M revenue, up 6%). Each bullet is under 14 words. Use the corrected figures, cover revenue, margin and cash in that order, and add a final line starting "Ask:" with the one decision needed.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Uncorrected revenue. The AI uses $5.3M. Try: Say: "Use the corrected $5.1M."
- Extra bullets. The AI adds opex and headcount. Try: Say: "Exactly three bullets: revenue, margin, cash."
- No ask line. The AI ends without a decision. Try: Say: "End with Ask: and the decision."
- Markdown. The AI bolds numbers. Try: Say: "Plain text."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each bullet: "each under 14 words."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each part instead, for example: "each line under 12 words."
