About this exercise
Turn the request list into a prioritized checklist in plain text with exactly 7 lines starting with [ ], in the form: [ ] item - owner - due date. Order by due date (earliest first); where dates tie, put the item marked critical first. Write "owner needed" if none is named. Use the updated dates, skip items the other side withdrew, and do not state any legal conclusion.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Including the withdrawn item. The AI keeps the org chart. Try: Say: "Skip items the other side withdrew."
- Old dates. The AI uses Dec 4 for the census. Try: Say: "Use the updated dates."
- Tie order wrong. The AI ignores CRITICAL on ties. Try: Say: "On a tie, critical first."
- Inventing an owner. The AI assigns insurance to someone. Try: Say: "Write owner needed if none is named."
- Markdown. The AI uses bold. Try: Say: "Plain text."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each line: "each line under 14 words."
