About this exercise
Check each numbered statement in the draft script against the results table. Output only the statements that do NOT match, as a table with the header # | Script says | Table says, then the exact line "Matching statements:" followed by the count. If a statement uses a rounded number that is within rounding of the table, it matches. If the table has no figure, list it with "no figure in table". Plain text, under 120 words.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Listing matches. The AI lists every statement. Try: Say: "Output only the statements that do not match."
- Guessing on free cash flow. The AI says it matches or invents a figure. Try: Say: "If the table has no figure, write no figure in table."
- Missing the count line. The AI ends with commentary. Try: Say: "End with Matching statements: and the count."
- Wrong table. The AI adds columns. Try: Say: "Exactly this header: # | Script says | Table says."
- Markdown. The AI bolds mismatches. Try: Say: "Plain text."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each part instead, for example: "each line under 15 words."
