About this exercise
Use the latest assignments and build a table with the header Owner | Workstreams | Count | Flag, one row per named owner, sorted by count, highest first (ties alphabetical). Flag is Overloaded when an owner has more than 2 workstreams, otherwise OK. Then add a line "Unowned:" listing the workstreams with no owner, or None. Plain text, under 110 words.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Using the old plan. The AI gives Luis three workstreams. Try: Say: "Use the latest assignments, including the Nov 5 update."
- Wrong flag threshold. The AI flags anyone with 2. Try: Say: "Overloaded only when more than 2."
- Missing unowned. The AI forgets Vendor consolidation. Try: Say: "List workstreams with no owner on an Unowned: line."
- Wrong sort or table. The AI sorts alphabetically. Try: Say: "Sorted by count, highest first; ties alphabetical."
- Markdown. The AI bolds Overloaded. Try: Say: "Plain text."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each part instead, for example: "each line under 15 words."
