About this exercise
Build a table with the header Region | Quota ($M) | Pipeline ($M) | Coverage | Flag, one row per region. Coverage is pipeline divided by quota, rounded to one decimal and written like 3.3x. Flag is Below if coverage is under 3.0x, otherwise OK. Use the latest numbers. Add a last line "Below 3.0x:" naming each flagged region, or None. Plain text, under 100 words.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Ignoring the updates. The AI uses 6.0 and 4.5. Try: Say: "Use the latest numbers, including the updates."
- Wrong threshold. The AI uses the VP's 2.5x. Try: Say: "Flag Below if coverage is under 3.0x."
- Wrong rounding. The AI writes 3.30 or 3. Try: Say: "Round to one decimal, like 3.3x."
- Wrong table. The AI adds columns. Try: Say: "Exactly this header and three rows."
- Markdown. The AI bolds the flag. Try: Say: "Plain text."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each part instead, for example: "each line under 15 words."
