About this exercise
Score each initiative as impact times confidence, using the latest confidence ratings. Pick the three highest scores and write exactly 3 numbered lines in plain text, highest score first, formatted like "1. Name: 4 x 4 = 16 - Owner". Break ties by lower cost. Add nothing before or after the list.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Using the old confidence. The AI scores the pricing page at 12. Try: Say: "Use the latest confidence ratings."
- Missing the tie-break. The AI keeps A ahead of E. Try: Say: "Break ties by lower cost."
- Following the CEO's preference. The AI includes the chatbot. Try: Say: "Go by the scores only."
- Extra text. The AI adds an intro and a note. Try: Say: "Nothing before or after the list; exactly 3 numbered lines."
- No working. The AI shows only names. Try: Say: "Format like 1. Name: 4 x 4 = 16 - Owner."
