About this exercise

Propose 3 focus blocks of exactly 90 minutes each for your executive, Lior, next week. Output a markdown table with columns Day, Time, Why it fits. Each block must avoid fixed meetings and the protected lunch, start no earlier than 09:30, end by 17:00, and leave a 30-minute gap before any following meeting. No block on Friday, and no two blocks on the same day. Each Why it fits cell is under 10 words. Output only the table.

Common mistakes when you ask AI for this

  • Overlapping lunch or meetings. The AI picks a block on top of lunch. Try: Say: "Avoid fixed meetings and the protected lunch."
  • Missing the 30-minute gap. The AI places a block right before a meeting. Try: Say: "Leave 30 minutes before any meeting."
  • Old Tuesday time. The AI uses 15:00-16:30. Try: Say: "The product review moved to 14:00-15:30."
  • Wrong shape. The AI writes paragraphs. Try: Say: "Table with columns Day, Time, Why it fits; four rows."
  • Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each cell: "each cell under 14 words."
  • Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each part instead, for example: "each line under 12 words."
  • Adding bold and notes. The AI bolds the days and adds notes under the table. Try: Say: "Plain text: only the table, no bold, no notes."
