About this exercise

Score each risk as likelihood (1-5) times impact (1-5) and rank the five risks from highest to lowest in a markdown table with exactly these five columns and no others: Rank, Risk, Likelihood, Impact, Score. Show the score as a number only. Use the final ratings from the notes. After the table add one line starting "Top risk owner:" naming the owner of the highest score. Output only the table and that line.

Common mistakes when you ask AI for this

  • Using old ratings. The AI scores R1 as 16. Try: Say: "Apply the post-workshop revisions."
  • Wrong ranking. The AI ranks by impact only. Try: Say: "Rank by score, highest first."
  • Wrong columns. The AI changes headers. Try: Say: "Columns: Rank, Risk, Likelihood, Impact, Score."
  • Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap it: "score cells are numbers only."
  • Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each part instead, for example: "each line under 12 words."
  • Adding bold and notes. The AI bolds numbers and adds notes around the table. Try: Say: "Plain text: only the table and the last line, no bold, no notes."
