About this exercise
Turn the transcribed voice notes into minutes with exactly 5 lines in plain text: Date:, Decision:, Owner:, Due:, Open:. Each line is under 15 words. Use only what was decided, the later correction wins, and put anything not decided on the Open line.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Old due date. The AI uses the 22nd. Try: Say: "Tess corrected it to the 25th."
- Stating opinions. The AI includes 'bad idea'. Try: Say: "No opinions, only open questions."
- Wrong structure. The AI writes paragraphs. Try: Say: "Five lines with these labels."
- Numbering and markdown. The AI numbers the lines and bolds labels. Try: Say: "Plain text, no numbering."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each line: "each line under 15 words."
