About this exercise

Turn the strategy notes into a markdown table with columns Bet, Metric, Target, Budget, Funded?. Exactly 3 rows for the bets the notes name. Funded? is Yes only if the budget is approved in the notes, otherwise No. After the table add one line starting "Unfunded total:" with the sum of the unfunded budgets as a calculation. Use the final numbers. Output only the table and that line.
