Rewrite the blunt draft feedback for your intern Noor in exactly 3 sentences, plain text. Sentence 1 praises the one thing that worked, by name. Sentence 2 covers both fixes and uses the correct figure. Sentence 3 offers a 15-minute review together tomorrow and repeats the deadline. Do not use the words "but" or "mess".

Common mistakes when you ask AI for this

  • Keeping the harsh tone. The AI softens a little but keeps the criticism first. Try: Say: "Open with the chart on slide 2 as the one thing that worked."
  • Dropping a fix. The AI merges the fixes or loses the number. Try: Say: "Cover both fixes and use 47 customers, not 41."
  • No next step. The AI ends with a generic "keep it up". Try: Say: "Offer a 15-minute review tomorrow and repeat the Thursday noon deadline."
  • Too long. The AI writes a paragraph per point. Try: Say: "Exactly 3 sentences, each under 28 words."
  • Markdown. The AI bolds the number. Try: Say: "Plain text."
