About this exercise
Check each team key result against the company objectives. Output a JSON array in one code block with objects that have exactly these keys: kr, aligned_to (a company objective id such as C1, or "none"), measurable (true or false), gap (under 10 words, or "" if no gap). Use only the lists. A KR is aligned only if it clearly supports one objective; measurable only if it has a number and a time. At most 10 lines inside the block, no text outside it.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Over-aligning. The AI maps the advisory board to revenue. Try: Say: "Aligned only if it clearly supports one objective."
- Calling vague KRs measurable. The AI marks 'customer happiness' measurable. Try: Say: "Measurable needs a number and a time."
- Wrong keys. The AI adds an id or comment key. Try: Say: "Exactly the keys kr, aligned_to, measurable, gap."
- Explaining outside the block. The AI adds an intro and summary. Try: Say: "Only the code block."
- Too many lines. The AI spreads each object over many lines. Try: Say: "At most 10 lines inside."
- Missing the supported ones. The AI misses KR1, KR3 or KR5. Try: Say: "Check every KR against C1-C3."
