About this exercise
Score each key result using this formula: score = (actual - start) / (target - start), rounded to one decimal, capped at 1.0. Output one csv code block with the header kr,score, grade and four rows. Grade is green if score is 0.7 or higher, yellow if 0.4 to 0.6, red below 0.4. Use the corrected actuals. At most 6 lines in the block and no text outside it.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Wrong header. The AI adds columns for actuals. Try: Say: "Header exactly kr,score, grade."
- Using the old actual. The AI scores KR3 as 1.0. Try: Say: "KR3's actual is 4 after the rollback."
- Math slips. The AI scores KR2 wrongly because lower is better. Try: Say: "Use the formula as given; it works for KR2."
- Extra text. The AI explains each score. Try: Say: "Only the code block."
- Extra lines. The AI adds totals or blank lines. Try: Say: "At most 6 lines inside."
