About this exercise
Today is 2025-03-17. Output one csv code block and nothing else, with the header name,last,cadence,next_due,status and one row per person. next_due is last plus 7 days for weekly or 14 days for biweekly. status is overdue if next_due is before today, due-today if equal to today, otherwise ok. Use the latest information. Sort rows by next_due, earliest first, and break ties alphabetically by name. At most 7 lines inside the block, and no text outside it.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Ignoring the update. The AI keeps Cal overdue. Try: Say: "Use the latest information: Cal last met 2025-03-14."
- Date math slips. The AI adds the wrong number of days. Try: Say: "Weekly adds 7 days, biweekly adds 14."
- Wrong sort. The AI keeps the log order. Try: Say: "Sort by next_due, ties alphabetically."
- Extra text. The AI explains each row. Try: Say: "One csv code block and nothing else."
- Extra lines. The AI adds a totals row. Try: Say: "Header plus six rows, at most 7 lines."
