About this exercise
Summarize the five anonymous peer comments about Jordan in two lines in plain text: "Strengths:" and "Growth areas:". Each line lists at most two themes, and each theme has a count in the form "(3 of 5)". Count a comment toward a theme only if it clearly says it. Do not name any commenter or quote a comment word for word. Under 50 words. HR reviews the result before it is shared.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Miscounting. The AI counts loosely. Try: Say: "Count a comment toward a theme only if it clearly says it."
- Dropping the counts. The AI uses words like many. Try: Say: "Give each theme a count like (3 of 5)."
- Quoting comments. The AI copies phrases. Try: Say: "Do not quote any comment word for word."
- Discounting a comment. The AI ignores comment 3. Try: Say: "Count every comment equally."
- Too many themes. The AI lists five themes. Try: Say: "At most two themes per line."
- Markdown. The AI bolds labels. Try: Say: "Plain text."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each part instead, for example: "each line under 15 words."
