About this exercise
Write a note to Priya's manager, Jun Takeda, in plain text with exactly 3 sentences. Sentence 1 names Priya and what she did, with the date. Sentence 2 gives the result with the number. Sentence 3 asks Jun to share your thanks with her and says you are glad to be a reference. Do not compare her to anyone else, and do not use the word "rockstar".
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Comparing her to others. The AI says she is faster than anyone on my team. Try: Say: "Do not compare her to anyone else."
- No numbers. The AI says "saved a lot of time". Try: Say: "Sentence 2 gives the result with the numbers."
- Too many sentences. The AI adds a greeting and a sign-off. Try: Say: "Exactly 3 sentences."
- No ask. The AI ends with thanks only. Try: Say: "Sentence 3 asks Jun to share your thanks and offers to be a reference."
- Markdown. The AI bolds her name. Try: Say: "Plain text."
