About this exercise
Draft an email to vendor contact Ines Calloway about three gaps between our DPA standard and her DPA. Plain text. The first line must be exactly: DRAFT - legal reviews before sending. Then a Subject line, "Hi Ines,", exactly three bullet lines starting with "- " and a two-sentence close. Each bullet gives our standard, her DPA and a request to align or explain. Do not call anything non-compliant or breaching, do not mention the law, and do not threaten. Under 170 words.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Listing the audit right. The AI adds the audit as a fourth item though it matches. Try: Say: "Only the three gaps; the audit right is fine."
- Accusing the vendor. The AI says the DPA fails legal requirements. Try: Say: "No accusations, no mention of the law."
- No draft marker. The AI starts with the subject line. Try: Say: "First line exactly: DRAFT - legal reviews before sending."
- Dropping a number. The AI writes 'our timeline is shorter'. Try: Say: "Give both numbers in each bullet."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI runs long. Try: Say: "Each bullet under 28 words."
- Markdown. The AI bolds the subject. Try: Say: "Plain text, no bold."
