Turn an intake note into a JSON record with nulls

About this exercise

Turn the intake note into one JSON code block with exactly these keys: counterparty, contract_type, annual_value_usd (number), term_months (number), auto_renews (true, false or null), signer, open_questions (array of at most 3 questions for counsel). Use null for anything the note does not say. Output only the code block.

Common mistakes when you ask AI for this

• Treating belief as fact. The AI sets auto_renews to true. Try: Say: "Use null for anything the note does not confirm."
• Monthly instead of annual. The AI writes 2100. Try: Say: "annual_value_usd is the yearly total as a number."
