About this exercise
Check each liability cap against the playbook and fill one block per contract, in plain text. Each block has exactly these five lines: Contract:, Cap in contract:, Playbook:, Result:, For counsel:. Result is exactly Within, Outside or Unclear. For counsel: gives one short question if Outside or Unclear, and the word None if Within. Under 150 words. Do not say what the law allows.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Accepting market standard. The AI repeats that caps are market standard. Try: Say: "Compare only with the playbook."
- Deciding C. The AI calls C within because of 'greater of'. Try: Say: "Use Unclear when the number is not fixed."
- Wrong template. The AI adds or drops lines. Try: Say: "Exactly these five lines in each block."
- Giving legal views. The AI says what is enforceable. Try: Say: "For counsel: one question, no legal conclusions."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI runs long. Try: Say: "Each line under 12 words."
- Markdown. The AI bolds the labels. Try: Say: "Plain text, no bold."
