About this exercise
Reply to Lena's Slack message as legal ops. Plain text, under 60 words. The first line must be exactly: Not yet - send it to legal first. Then name each reason it is outside the pre-approval policy, one short line each. The last line must be: I haven't reviewed it for legal risk. Do not say it is fine to sign.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Flagging the value. The AI lists the dollar amount as an issue though it is under $25,000. Try: Say: "Check each policy condition and name only the ones that fail."
- Saying yes. The AI says it is probably fine. Try: Say: "Do not say it is fine to sign."
- No fixed lines. The AI opens with a friendly greeting. Try: Say: "First line exactly ... last line ..."
- Missing a reason. The AI notes only the long term. Try: Say: "One short line per failed condition."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI runs long. Try: Say: "Each reason line under 10 words."
- Markdown. The AI bolds or bullets the reasons. Try: Say: "Plain text, no bold."
