About this exercise
Extract the confirmed custodians from the email into CSV in one code block, nothing before or after it. The first line is exactly: name,role,systems. One row per person, sorted A to Z by first name, with systems separated by semicolons. Include only people the email confirms; do not guess at anyone it only mentions as a possibility.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Unconfirmed people added. The AI includes Lena or Rob. Try: Say: "Only people the email confirms."
- Unsorted. The AI keeps the email order. Try: Say: "Sort A to Z by first name."
- Header changed. The AI adds quotes or different column names. Try: Say: "First line exactly: name,role,systems."
- Prose around the code. The AI adds explanation or several blocks. Try: Say: "One code block and nothing else."
- Long code block. The AI adds extra lines or comments. Try: Say: "No comments, under N lines."
