Organize a physical therapy sheet into a daily routine
- For Nurses and healthcare workers
- You practice Keeping the AI to your sources
- Time about 5 minutes
About this exercise
Your physical therapist gave you a home exercise sheet after a knee injury. Organize it into exactly 2 numbered lines, "1. Morning: ..." and "2. Evening: ...", each listing the exercises with their sets and reps, following the therapist's latest change. Copy only what the sheet says, adding no tips or extra exercises. End with the sheet's own line about when to call. Under 80 words, plain text. Write a prompt that gets you exactly that.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Missing the update. The AI keeps wall squats in the evening. Try: Add: "Follow the 11/6 update: no wall squats."
- Adding exercises or tips. The AI adds your friend's lunges or general advice about form. Try: Add: "Copy only what the sheet says. No tips or extra exercises."
- Not showing the shape. The AI writes a table or one line per exercise. Try: Show it: "Exactly 2 lines: 1. Morning: Quad sets 2x10 (hold 5 sec), ...".
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for "under 80 words" and it often lands well over. Try: Cap each part: "each line under 30 words."
What a strong prompt includes
