About this exercise
You're writing the KPI section of the Q1 campaign brief for Juniper Health Club's referral program. Write exactly 4 numbered lines in the shape Metric: target (baseline: X), each under 14 words, using the corrected baselines and the targets leadership approved. Reply with only the plain-text list.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Using the dashboard number. The 85 baseline comes first; the correction is below it. Try: Add: "Sign-ups baseline is 70 after finance's correction."
- Adding unapproved metrics. The AI adds social followers because it's in the notes. Try: Add: "Only the 4 approved metrics."
- No line shape. The AI writes a table or paragraph per metric. Try: Show it: "Metric: target (baseline: X)."
- Extra lines. The AI adds a summary or a 5th KPI. Try: Add: "Exactly 4 numbered lines, nothing else."
