About this exercise
You're preparing donor segments for Riverside Arts Council's spring appeal. Write exactly 2 numbered lines in the shape Segment - N of total (X%) - top reason they give, under 20 words. Exclude board members' answers before counting, show the percentage math on the corrected total, and reply with only the plain-text list.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Counting board answers. The AI uses all 240 responses and makes 3 segments. Try: Add: "Exclude the 30 board answers. Total is 210."
- Not showing the math. Percentages without the division hide mistakes. Try: Add: "Show it like 150 / 210 = 71%."
- Dropping the reason. The AI gives counts but not why each segment gives. Try: Add: "End each line with the top reason."
- Getting a table. The AI builds a markdown table with bold headers. Try: Add: "Exactly 2 numbered lines, plain text."
