You're a PM at Routewise, building a "day in the life" for your dispatcher persona from shadowing notes. Write exactly 4 numbered lines in the shape Time - what she does - tool she uses, for the 4 moments marked as key, under 16 words each. Use only tools she actually used (no tools you'd guess), and reply with only the plain-text list.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Including every moment. The AI lists coffee and lunch too. Try: Add: "Only the 4 moments marked KEY."
- Guessing tools. The AI adds Google Maps and Slack because dispatchers often use them. Try: Add: "Only tools she actually used. No guesses."
- Dropping the tool. The AI describes tasks without what she used. Try: Show it: "7:00am - builds routes - whiteboard and spreadsheet."
- Getting a persona doc. The AI writes a long persona with bold headings. Try: Add: "Exactly 4 numbered lines, plain text."
