Write pricing tier lines with monthly and annual prices straight
Practice: Keeping the AI to your sources. About 5 minutes.
About this exercise
You're adding the pricing box to Formwell's sales one-pager. Write exactly 3 numbered lines, one per tier, in the shape Tier - $X/month billed monthly or $Y/month billed annually - best for..., under 22 words. Use the current prices from the update and only the tiers still sold, and reply with only the plain-text list.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Using the old sheet. The old prices are laid out neatly, and the update is a few lines below. Try: Add: "Use the Jan 15 update: Team $55 monthly, Business $85 annual."
- Showing the retired tier. The AI lists every tier in the notes, including Legacy Pro. Try: Add: "Only Starter, Team and Business."
- No line shape. The AI builds a table with bold tier names. Try: Show it: "Team - $55/month billed monthly or $39/month billed annually - best for small offices."
- Extra lines. The AI adds an intro and a footnote. Try: Add: "Exactly 3 numbered lines, nothing else."
What a strong prompt includes
- Uses the update
- Drops the retired tier
- Sets the line shape
- Says how many
- Asks for only the list
