Write a webinar agenda that reflects the speaker swap
Practice: Keeping the AI to your sources. About 5 minutes.
About this exercise
You're adding the agenda to the registration page for Coastline CPA Network's tax-season webinar. Write exactly 4 numbered lines in the shape Time - Topic - Speaker, each under 14 words, in time order, with all times in Eastern. Use the final speaker lineup after the swap, and reply with only the plain-text list.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Using the draft agenda. The draft is complete and comes first, so the AI copies it. Try: Add: "Use Gina's Jan 5 update: Rhea replaces Felix, and pricing and intake swap times."
- Missing the Q&A change. The AI keeps "all speakers" from the draft. Try: Add: "Q&A speaker is Gina Park (host)."
- No line shape. The AI writes a table or paragraphs with bold times. Try: Show it: "12:00 ET - Topic - Speaker."
- Adding extras. The AI adds registration prices and a welcome line. Try: Add: "Exactly 4 numbered lines, nothing else."
What a strong prompt includes
- Sets the line shape
- Uses the update
- Fixes the Q&A line
- Says how many
- Asks for only the list
