Pre-write four honest answers to webinar objections for the host
- For Marketing and content
- You practice Keeping the AI to your sources
- Time about 5 minutes
- Level Intermediate
About this exercise
Before the Ledgerline webinar, you're prepping the host with answers to four objections from registrants. Write a prompt for four "Q:" and "A:" pairs in the order listed, each answer under 25 words, plain text. Use only the product facts, and where a fact isn't available, the answer is "I'll follow up after the session."
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Promising SOC 2 by January. The AI uses the unconfirmed rumor. Try: Say: "Don't give a SOC 2 date; the audit is in progress only."
- Inventing a payroll answer. The AI claims an integration to satisfy the objection. Try: Say: "If a fact isn't available, answer: I'll follow up after the session."
- Out-of-order answers. The AI regroups the objections. Try: Say: "Keep the order listed."
- Letting markdown through. AI adds bold text and headings by default. Try: Add: "Plain text only, no bold, no headings."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting and often runs past a word limit. Try: Cap each part (for example "each line under 15 words") so the total lands well under the limit.
What a strong prompt includes
- Sets the Q/A format
- Keeps the order
- Gives the fallback line
- Restricts to facts
- Caps answers
