Rewrite formal will-call rules as five plain lines for customers

About this exercise
Customers find the will-call policy hard to follow. Write a prompt that rewrites it as exactly five lines starting "Hours:", "Bring:", "Park:", "Enter:" and "Note:". Use short plain words a customer reads in seconds, and keep every number and the fee. Every line is 14 words or fewer. Plain text, under 80 words.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Dropping the fee or weight rule. The AI shortens and loses the 15% fee or the 50-pound rule. Try: Say: "Keep every number, including the 15% fee and the 50 pounds."
- Still formal. The AI keeps 'shall' and 'present themselves'. Try: Say: "Short plain words. Never use shall or pursuant."
- Wrong lines. The AI writes a paragraph or bullets. Try: Quote the five labels in order.
- Getting markdown back. AI adds bold, headings and bullets by default, which show up as stray symbols where this is pasted. Try: Say "plain text, no bold, no headings, no asterisks".
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting and usually runs long, so a vague "keep it short" lands over the limit. Try: Cap each part instead of the total, for example "each line under 15 words".
What a strong prompt includes

- Asks for plain words
