Rank channels by cost per won deal in a plain table
- For Revenue operations
- You practice Asking for a format you can use
- Time about 5 minutes
- Level Intermediate
About this exercise
Make a markdown table with columns Channel | Spend | Wins | Cost per win, sorted from the lowest cost per win to the highest, with any channel that had zero wins last and its Cost per win written "No wins". Cost per win is spend divided by wins, rounded to the nearest dollar. Use closed-won deals only, not opportunities. No bold anywhere. Under 100 words and nothing outside the table.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Using opportunities. The AI divides spend by opportunities. Try: Add: "Use closed-won deals only."
- Dividing by zero. The AI shows infinity or an error for Podcast. Try: Add: "Zero-win channels go last with 'No wins'."
- Bolding the best channel. The AI bolds the winner. Try: Add: "No bold anywhere."
- Extra analysis. The AI adds a recommendation. Try: Add: "Nothing outside the table."
