About this exercise
Write a reference card for reps with exactly 4 plain-text lines starting Commit:, Best Case:, Pipeline:, Omitted:. Each line is one sentence under 26 words and uses the 2026 definitions. Use the current numbers (14 days, 30 days). The card must not include examples of customers.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Using the 2025 definition. The AI writes 30 days for Commit. Try: Add: "Use 14 days for verbal approval."
- Missing Omitted. The AI covers only three categories. Try: Add: "Four lines including Omitted."
- Adding customer examples. The AI adds example deals. Try: Add: "No customer names or examples."
- Long card. The AI writes paragraphs. Try: Add: "Each line one sentence under 26 words."
