About this exercise
Write a checklist for reps of exactly 5 lines starting with "- [ ]", each in the form "Task (owner, by time)". Use the current process and times from the notes, in the order they happen. Plain text, each line under 16 words.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Using old windows or deadlines. The AI writes 14 days and 3 pm. Try: Add: "Use the updated times and 10-day window."
- Including the removed step. The AI adds the top-3 email. Try: Add: "Leave out the removed step."
- Missing owners. The AI lists tasks only. Try: Add: "Each line: Task (owner, by time)."
- Long checklist. The AI adds explanations. Try: Add: "Exactly 5 lines under 16 words."
