About this exercise
Write a checklist for reps requesting a non-standard quote, as exactly 5 lines starting with "- [ ]", each in the form "Step: action (owner, time limit)". Use the current process, not the retired step. Order the steps as they happen. Plain text, each line under 18 words.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Including the retired step. The AI adds a Finance credit check email. Try: Add: "Use the current process; the Finance email step is retired."
- Missing owners or limits. The AI writes steps without owners. Try: Add: "Each line: Step: action (owner, time limit)."
- Wrong number of lines. The AI writes 8 lines. Try: Add: "Exactly 5 lines starting - [ ]."
