Report SLA compliance by lead source, lowest first
- For Revenue operations
- You practice Asking for a format you can use
- Time about 5 minutes
- Level Intermediate
About this exercise
Make a markdown table with columns Source | Leads | Within SLA | Compliance | Status, sorted from the lowest compliance to the highest. Compliance is within SLA divided by leads, whole-number percent. Status is "Below target" if compliance is under 80%, otherwise "On target" (exactly 80% is On target). Last line exactly: "Target: 80% within 24 hours." No bold, nothing else.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Using the old target. The AI treats 70% as passing. Try: Add: "Use the 80% target."
- Wrong sort. The AI keeps the input order. Try: Add: "Sort lowest compliance first."
- Missing the closing line. The AI adds commentary. Try: Add: "End with exactly: Target: 80% within 24 hours."
- Bold and extras. The AI bolds flagged rows. Try: Add: "No bold, nothing else."
What a strong prompt includes
- Names the columns
- Defines compliance
- States the target rule
- Sorts rows
- Adds the exact last line
