- For Revenue operations
- You practice Asking for a format you can use
- Time about 5 minutes
- Level Beginner
About this exercise
Make a markdown table with columns Question type | Ask | Where | Response time and exactly 5 rows, one for each question type in the notes, in the order listed. Use the current owners (the Oct 30 changes) and nothing from the old list. No bold and nothing outside the table. Under 130 words.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Using the old owner. The AI writes Omar for CRM access. Try: Add: "Use the Oct 30 owners; Omar is retired from this list."
- Including password resets. The AI adds a sixth row. Try: Add: "Exactly 5 rows in the order listed."
- Bold and commentary. The AI bolds headers and adds tips. Try: Add: "No bold; nothing outside the table."
What a strong prompt includes
- Names the columns
- Fixes the rows
- Uses current owners
- Excludes extras
- Table only
