About this exercise
Fill in a scope summary using exactly these five labeled lines, in this order: Deliverable, Out of scope, Client provides, Fee, Payment terms. Plain text, one line per field, under 120 words. Use only what the notes confirm; if a field was only discussed and not agreed, write "Not agreed: " and the open point. Do not invent dates or amounts.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Treating proposals as agreed. The AI writes the $6,500 fee and 50% upfront as settled. Try: Add: "If it was only discussed, write Not agreed: and the open point."
- Missing the exclusions. The AI lists deliverables but forgets what's out of scope. Try: Add: "Out of scope must list what Idris said he would not do."
- Wrong structure. The AI adds paragraphs, a timeline section and headings. Try: Add: "Exactly these five labeled lines in this order."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI runs long on summaries. Try: Add: "Each line under 22 words."
