About this exercise
Label each of the 6 replies in a fenced CSV with header id,label. Allowed labels: INTERESTED, NOT_NOW, UNSUBSCRIBE, WRONG_PERSON, QUESTION. If a reply asks to stop emails or be removed, the label is UNSUBSCRIBE no matter what else it says. Otherwise pick the single best label. At most 8 words outside the code block.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Missing the override. The AI labels R6 INTERESTED. Try: Add: "Any request to stop emails is UNSUBSCRIBE, whatever else it says."
- Spelling variants. The AI writes 'Not Now' or 'Wrong person'. Try: Add: "Labels exactly as listed, capitals with underscores."
- Extra columns or text. The AI adds a reason column and prose. Try: Add: "One code block, only id and label, at most 8 words outside."
What a strong prompt includes
- Names the header
- Lists the labels
- States the override
- Spells labels exactly
- Limits outside text
