You own a landscaping company quoting Fairview Office Park for next season. Show 3 options in a markdown table with columns Option, What's included, Yearly price, with each price showing its math. After the table, add one line starting "Recommended:" that picks the option inside their $30,000 budget that covers both their must-haves. No "limited time" or deadline language. Under 140 words.

Common mistakes when you ask AI for this

  • Hiding the math. The AI shows totals only, so the client can't check them. Try: Add: "Show the math in each price, like 30 x $650 = $19,500."
  • Using last year's rate. The notes mention $600 too; the AI may mix the two. Try: Add: "Use this year's rate, $650 per visit."
  • Recommending the biggest option. AI tends to upsell to the full package, which is over budget. Try: Add: "Recommend the option inside the $30,000 budget that covers both must-haves."
  • Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting and runs long when you only give a total like 140 words. Try: Cap each part instead, like "each cell under 12 words," so the total lands well under 140.
