Roll three locations into one quote with the multi-site discount

About this exercise
Make a markdown table with columns Location | Users | Monthly and one row per location, then rows Subtotal, Multi-site discount and Total. Monthly = users x price per user. The discount is 10% of the subtotal and applies only when there are 3 or more locations. After the table add one line starting "Annual:" showing the total x 12. No bold, nothing else, under 70 words.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Including Eastside. The AI adds the fourth location. Try: Add: "Only the three locations in the quote."
- Using the old price. The AI uses $18. Try: Add: "Use the 2026 price, $20."
- Discount math wrong. The AI discounts per location. Try: Add: "10% of the subtotal, shown as a negative."
- Bold and commentary. The AI bolds Total. Try: Add: "No bold; nothing else."
