About this exercise
A prospect didn't join today's demo. Write a reschedule email under 60 words, plain text, subject line first, starting "Hi Corin,". Offer exactly two time options from the notes, don't mention that they didn't show up, don't say you waited, and don't guilt or apologize. End with the line "Reply A or B."
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Calling out the no-show. The AI writes 'we missed you today'. Try: Add: "Don't mention the missed demo or waiting."
- Offering all three or vague times. The AI writes 'let me know when works'. Try: Add: "Offer exactly two specific times labeled A and B."
- Exposing the calendar. The AI mentions the meeting. Try: Add: "Don't mention his calendar."
- Long email. The AI writes a long note. Try: Add: "Plain text under 60 words, subject first."
