- For Sales and customer success
- You practice Asking for a format you can use
- Time about 5 minutes
- Level Intermediate
About this exercise
Fill in a pilot plan using exactly these 5 labeled lines: Goal:, Metric:, Target:, Owner:, End date:. Plain text, each line under 20 words. For any item the buyer has not agreed to in the notes, write "To be agreed with Lila" instead of proposing a number or name. Use the corrected end date.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Proposing a target. The AI writes 'cut no-shows by a third' as agreed. Try: Add: "For anything not agreed, write To be agreed with Lila."
- Using the old end date. The AI writes Dec 31. Try: Add: "Use the corrected end date."
- Inventing an owner. The AI names a clinic lead. Try: Add: "Don't propose names or numbers the buyer hasn't agreed."
- Long plan. The AI writes paragraphs and bold. Try: Add: "Five labeled lines under 20 words, plain text."
What a strong prompt includes
- Lists the five labels
- Handles unagreed items
- Uses the corrected date
