About this exercise
Write an account research summary for the AE in plain text with exactly 3 lines starting Company:, Contact:, Opening:. Each line ends with the source in brackets, one of [Website], [News], [LinkedIn]. Use only facts from the notes, and add "[Unverified]" instead of a source for anything the notes say is unconfirmed. Each line under 25 words.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Repeating the rumor. The AI says Greenfield may be sold. Try: Add: "Leave out or mark unverified claims; no anonymous rumors as facts."
- Missing source tags. The AI writes facts without sources. Try: Add: "End each line with [Website], [News] or [LinkedIn]."
- Pitching in research. The AI mentions our product. Try: Add: "Do not mention our product."
- Long summary. The AI writes paragraphs. Try: Add: "Three lines under 25 words, plain text."
