About this exercise
Write an email giving a prospect access to a demo sandbox. Plain text under 90 words. Line 1 must be exactly "Subject: Your Ledgerline sandbox access". Then "Hi Esme," and exactly 3 numbered steps (1. 2. 3.), the expiry date, and a rule about data. Use the placeholder [sandbox link] for the link and don't write any password. Sign off "Gabe".
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Writing a password. The AI invents credentials. Try: Add: "No passwords; sign-in is by magic link."
- Missing the data rule. The AI omits it. Try: Add: "Say to use only sample data."
- Wrong subject or step count. The AI writes its own subject and 5 steps. Try: Add: "Exact subject; exactly 3 numbered steps."
- Long email. The AI writes headings and bold. Try: Add: "Plain text under 90 words."
