Rewrite Priya's draft so it sounds like a friendly person wrote it. Start with "Hi Nadia,", make the first sentence about her fourth clinic opening in January, and end with "Thanks, Priya". Keep both meeting options. Use short plain words, drop any claim you can't back up, and keep it under 65 words in plain text.

Common mistakes when you ask AI for this

  • Keeping the buzzwords. The AI polishes the wording but keeps 'industry-leading' and 'synergies'. Try: Add: "Drop claims you can't back up and buzzwords like leverage, synergies, circle back."
  • Wrong greeting or sign-off. The AI keeps 'Dear Ms. Fernandes' and 'Kind regards'. Try: Add: "Start with 'Hi Nadia,', open with her fourth clinic in January, end with 'Thanks, Priya'."
  • Losing a meeting option. The AI offers one time or a vague 'next week'. Try: Add: "Keep both meeting times, with day, date and time."
